RBT Session Data and Trial Tracker
Supervision hours built into the same file as trial data. Every RBT tracks two things and currently uses two tools: programme data for the BCBA, and supervision hours for their own credential. Combining them in one workbook — with a monthly supervision percentage against the required minimum — is the reason this sells at a higher price than a plain data sheet. It opens in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets, has no macros and nothing to install, and is reusable every school year.
What it does
- Supervision hours built into the same file as trial data.
- Built around the dates that actually bite: Session-by-session data due same day, monthly supervision hour minimums, annual RBT renewal.

Honest scope
This is an organizational template. It reports the data you enter. It does not determine mastery, eligibility or compliance, and it does not replace your district or clinic documentation system - those stay your professional judgement.
