Why the free tools use the same formulas as the paid ones

Because anything else would be a bait and switch. Every calculator here is the exact formula out of the workbook it links to — the goal progress calculation, the productivity ratio, the CE remaining-hours arithmetic. If the free tool and the paid file disagreed, one of them would be wrong, and a buyer would find out after paying.

The workbooks are worth money for a different reason: they do the same arithmetic across a whole caseload, keep a history you can chart, flag what is overdue, and print something you can hand to an administrator.

Privacy

The calculators run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is transmitted, logged or stored, and there is no account. We use privacy-preserving page analytics that count visits without cookies and without recording anything you enter.

Not advice

These tools do arithmetic. They do not make clinical, legal or employment decisions, and they cannot see the context that makes a number mean something. Licensing requirements, service-minute rules and productivity expectations vary by state, district and employer — check yours.
