Privacy
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere. There is no account and no sign-up.
What happens to what you type
Nothing leaves your device. Every calculation on this site is JavaScript arithmetic performed locally in the page. Student initials, scores, dates, caseload numbers, renewal dates - none of it is transmitted. Close the tab and it is gone. You can confirm this by opening your browser's network tab while using any calculator, or by disconnecting from the internet and watching the calculators keep working.
Analytics
We count page visits using privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies, build no profile, and never record anything you enter into a calculator. We see that a page was viewed, not who viewed it.
Links to Etsy
Links to workbooks go to our shop on Etsy. Once you follow one, you are on Etsy's site and Etsy's privacy policy applies - we do not control it. Those links carry a referral parameter that tells Etsy the visit came from this site, which reduces our selling fee. It identifies the site, not you.
YouTube
Our YouTube channel is operated through the YouTube Data API. That access lets us publish our own videos to our own channel. It does not read anything about viewers.
A few product pages embed the short walkthrough for that product. Those use YouTube's
privacy-enhanced player on youtube-nocookie.com, which sets no advertising
cookies unless you press play. Every other page on this site — including every calculator —
contacts YouTube not at all.
Children
This site is aimed at working professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, of any age.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the bottom of this page changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because we do not have your address.
