Teletherapy Caseload & Session Manager
Two things go wrong on a remote caseload and both are avoidable: you call a family an hour early, or a state licence lapses while you are busy. This watches both. It opens in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets, has no macros and nothing to install, and is reusable every school year.
What it does
- Every booked slot shows your time and the client's local time together
- Your own UTC offset is a single cell you set once
- Monday to Friday grid in 15-minute blocks, 8:00am to 3:45pm
- Client roster carries state and time zone per client
- State licences tracked with renewal dates and countdown
- Licences inside ninety days of renewal flagged automatically
- Session log records technology failures separately
- Makeup tracker shows what is still owed, per client
