BCBA Caseload and Authorization Tracker
Authorisation burn rate. For each client the file shows units authorised, units used, units remaining, days remaining in the auth period, the current burn rate per week, and the projected end date at that rate — then flags 'will expire unused' or 'will run out early'. That projection is the single highest-value number in the product and no free template computes it. It opens in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets, has no macros and nothing to install, and is reusable every school year.
