A classroom routine tracker for sped routine independence: record the cue a learner needs on each step of a classroom routine, and percent independent calculates for you. The files open in Microsoft Excel, have no macros and nothing to install, and are yours to reuse as often as you like.

What it does

  • Data Sheet: 10 routine steps x 8 days with dropdown codes and automatic results
  • Accommodation is not a prompt: a planned accommodation such as a picture schedule is coded IA and counts as independent; an extra visual cue added that day is coded separately
  • Cue Path: one focus step per day, plotted as a connected line over the cue grid, plus a filled Path Example
  • Mastery criterion (% independent across N days in a row) with run tracking, plus first-to-latest change
  • Blank cells are never counted, no-opportunity codes stay out of every denominator, and percentages show a dash until there is something to count
  • Settings: edit up to 8 cue codes and counting rules; the dropdowns, the printed key and every calculation update, and a CHECK column catches setup mistakes
  • Printable circle-the-cue sheet for paper data; the data sheet prints on one landscape US Letter page
