Handwriting Support Reference Placemat

What it does

• OT Placemat: choose one of six focuses written out in full: baseline alignment, word spacing, consistent letter size, letter starting points, copying from a model and page organization
• Numbered desk sketch with five things to look at: chair and table height, paper position, helper hand, functional pencil hold and a clear view of the model
• The focus's example words on a ruled line, the aim, the common mix-up and a paper suggestion
• Helpful cues, two short scripts, praise wording and your own cue; the letter formation reference and paper guides highlight for the focus you pick
• OT Setup tab: a group label, your cue, what helps and a next-time note for each focus; switching never erases them
• OT Reference tab: every word the placemat shows is editable, to match your school's handwriting program
• 6 printable placemats, one page per focus, in US Letter and 11x17 (tabloid)
