Eisenhower Matrix

An Eisenhower matrix spreadsheet that sorts your to-do list for you: score each task once on urgency and importance and it lands in the right box on a colour-coded 2x2 board. The files open in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets, have no macros and nothing to install, and are yours to reuse as often as you like.

What it does

  • Room for 250 tasks, each with an owner and a due date
  • Pick urgency and importance from the dropdowns and every task drops into its box: do it now, schedule it, delegate it or drop it
  • Overdue tasks turn red with a warning sign and rank a little higher in their box; the overdue count sits at the top of the board
  • Pick Done and a task is struck through, greyed out and taken off the board
  • Make it yours: rename the four boxes, change the scoring scale and the due-soon window on the Settings tab
