Student Attendance and Tardy Tracker FREE
A working attendance and tardy tracker for one class: tick a box each morning and every total, percentage and watchlist updates itself, with weekends, holidays and snow days handled for you. It opens in Microsoft Excel and in Google Sheets, has no macros and nothing to install, and is yours to reuse as often as you like.
What you get
- Tick one box per student per day - every total and percentage follows
- Weekends, holidays, breaks and snow days grey out and are never counted
- Percentages count only school days up to today, so mid-month numbers stay honest
- Any start date, any school week - 4-day weeks and Saturday make-up days included
- Two watchlists that rank students by absences and by tardies, with a status flag
